Smoky and bitter-sweet: our favorite twist on this cocktail classic will surprise you!

Ingredients:

• 3 cl Topanito Mezcal Artesanal Espadín 40% vol.
• 3 cl Red bitter liqueur (e.g. Luxardo)
• 3 cl sweet vermouth

Preparation:

Stir all ingredients over ice until chilled, then strain into a tumbler over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist (even better: a bergamot twist).
